About Us
Two Physicians, Two Lenses — One Unavoidable Blind Spot
The origins of Ekklesia trace back to two physicians whose lives should never have intersected.
One worked in academic medicine:
steeped in the precision of protein chemistry, neurobiology, and translational diagnostics.
The other served families in real time:
watching patterns of chronic illness unfold long before guidelines or journals had language for them.
One investigated molecules.
One witnessed human stories.
Yet they began seeing the same shadows:
- Patients with persistent post-COVID syndromes that routine markers could not illuminate
- Immune and inflammatory cascades that defied expectation
- Regenerative and biologic therapies behaving inconsistently in post-COVID recipients
- A global donor pool universally exposed to spike protein, yet never evaluated for its burden
Independently, each reached the same conclusion:
What we do not measure, we cannot understand.
What we refuse to quantify, we will continue to misinterpret.
Their paths crossed not by design.
Some would call it coincidence.
They both recognized something different... a quiet prompting, a sense of timing and provision, as though a hand larger than their own had arranged the meeting.
From that convergence, Ekklesia Research Group began to take shape.

The Meaning of the Name: “Ekklesia”
The choice of name was intentional and rooted in history.
In ancient Greek, ekklesia referred to a called-out assembly, people summoned to deliberate, to discern, to act for the good of the community.
In Christian tradition, the word deepened, becoming a symbol of those called to stand for truth with humility and courage.
Our team includes individuals of many worldviews — including some with no faith tradition at all.
Yet the spirit of Good Will Towards Mankind remains central:
We are a gathering called to build what was missing.
To pursue clarity where confusion has lingered.
To serve the well-being of the human community with integrity, precision, and purpose.
Why Ekklesia Exists: Problems We are Here to Solve
Ekklesia was not born from opportunism.
It emerged from three inescapable realities:
1. The donor pool has changed.
Post-pandemic, global exposure to spike protein is nearly universal.
This shift touches every blood product, every regenerative therapy, every biologic derived from human donors.
2. Patients deserve data that honors their lived experience.
Millions navigating long COVID and spike-associated syndromes need objective, quantitative markers that validate not dismiss what they feel.
3. Innovators require better tools to safeguard purity and performance.
Regenerative medicine, cell therapies, plasma products, and tissue-derived therapeutics demand a deeper understanding of protein-level contaminants.
Ekklesia exists to meet these needs — with precision, transparency, and scientific honesty.
A Growing Assembly of Clinicians, Scientists, and Manufacturers
True to its name, Ekklesia is becoming a gathering place for those who refuse to accept the limitations of pre-COVID diagnostic thinking.
Among them:
- Clinicians searching for biomarkers that illuminate spike-related disease
- Researchers ready to move beyond speculation into quantification
- Biologics and regenerative-medicine manufacturers committed to validating purity
- Quality and regulatory leaders anticipating the next era of safety standards
We are applying the principles behind our name Ekklesia, meaning the body of the people,
Integrity begins with measurement.
Safety begins with truth.
Looking Forward: From Measurement to Standards
The assay is only the first step.
Ekklesia is building an ecosystem devoted to:
- spike-burden profiling across diverse clinical populations
- collaborative research networks exploring spikeopathy
- translational quality frameworks for donor-derived therapeutics
- emerging purity standards grounded in quantitative antigen assessment
And beneath the science runs a quieter, steadier rhythm — the conviction that guided our founders from the beginning:
To serve patients by strengthening the hands of those who care for them.
To align biologics development with the biological reality of our changed world.
And to honor the spirit of Ekklesia — a called-out assembly devoted to truth, discernment, and the flourishing of the human community.
This is the story of our agency.
